Our Roots
From a very young age, our founder Vasile has had a deep interest and passion for the Natural World and all that lives within it.
​
Since the 1990's, he has closely studied the intricate social behaviours of ants and their relation to plants & other microflora & microfauna. His boyhood passion for ants and wanting to understand more helped link him with people and partnerships at all academic levels in the local and global communities respectively.
​
Thus, in 2006, AntsNational & A Cultured Legacy were created and in 2021,
it was rebranded to FormiCanada.
​
Expos & Outreach
Our team is looking forward to returning as regular vendors at the upcoming pet expos of 2024 & 2025.
