Passionfruit comes in many varieties, and this one is not cold-tolerant. These yellow passionfruit grow as vines and have beautiful, aromatic flowers. The fruits that are produced are tart with hints of citrus. These fruits make for an absolutely excellent summer drink! 
 
Sourcing:

The parent plant originates from the Northern markets of the Dominican Republic, purchased from a small, family-operated Caribbean shop in Hamilton.

These plants are cold-sensitive and must be brought inside when the temperatures cool (15° C / 59° F). Each plant is a 4-6" with a well-developed root system.
