To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

Non-Refundable Situations
A purchase becomes non-refundable as soon as any of the following occur (whichever comes first):-

Shipping has been confirmed or provided.

The item has been opened, used, or damaged after delivery.

The item is a custom order.

The item is a live product (including all flora and fauna, such as ants, plants, and bio-kits).

Replacements Instead of Refunds
In cases where an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will provide a replacement at our expense. Proof of issue (such as photos) may be required.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable once an order has been shipped.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, additional shipping costs may apply.
