At FormiCanada, we value our customers and stand behind the quality of our products. Please review our refund policy carefully before making a purchase:

⚠️ All live purchases (flora and fauna, including ants, plants, and bio-kits) are final sale and are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances.

  1. Refund Eligibility

    • Refund requests must be made within 3 days of purchase.

    • To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
       

  2. Non-Refundable Situations
    A purchase becomes non-refundable as soon as any of the following occur (whichever comes first):

    • More than 3 days have passed since the purchase date.

    • Shipping has been confirmed or provided.

    • The item has been opened, used, or damaged after delivery.

    • The item is a custom order.

    • The item is a live product (including all flora and fauna, such as ants, plants, and bio-kits).
       

  3. Replacements Instead of Refunds
    In cases where an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will provide a replacement at our expense. Proof of issue (such as photos) may be required.

     

  4. Shipping Costs

    • Shipping costs are non-refundable once an order has been shipped.

    • If a package is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, additional shipping costs may apply.
       

  5. How to Request a Refund or Replacement
    To request a refund or replacement, please contact us at [your email/contact form] within the eligible time frame. Include your order number and details about your request.

Shipping
 

  1. Order Processing

    • Orders are typically processed within 2 – 5 business days after purchase (unless there are delays).

      • Delays can include weather, unforeseeable events, increased order volume, or service interruptions. ​

    • Custom orders or live products (ants, plants, bio-kits) may require additional processing time.
       

  2. Shipping Methods & Delivery

    • Shipping options and costs will be provided at checkout.

    • Once an order has been shipped and tracking information provided, or 3 days have passed since the order, whichever comes first, it is considered delivered for all refund purposes.
       

  3. Shipping of Live or Perishable Products

    • All live products (flora and fauna, including ants, plants, and bio-kits) are shipped only within Canada.

    • Delivery times may vary due to carrier handling and environmental conditions.

    • No refunds are available for live or perishable items once shipped.
       

  4. Shipping Costs

    • Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been shipped.

    • If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, additional shipping fees may apply.
       

  5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

    • If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately.

    • We will provide a replacement at our expense, with proof of issue (photos) required.
       

  6. Tracking & Notifications

    • Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships.

    • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate to avoid delays or additional charges.
